All models, performers, and broadcast participants appearing in visual depictions of
actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Livejasmin were eighteen (18)
years of age or older at the exact time the visual depiction was generated and transmitted.
1. Record-Keeping Custodian
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, original identity documents,
government-issued photo identifications, and age certification records for all performers
broadcasting on Livejasmin are maintained by the primary custodian of records at
the corporate operational headquarters:

2. Verification Procedures for Performers
Prior to activating broadcast privileges on Livejasmin, every prospective model must
complete mandatory two-step identity authentication:
- Submission of high-resolution copies of valid government passports, national ID cards, or
official driver licenses.
- Real-time biometric video matching to ensure the individual presenting the document is the bona
fide owner.
- Regular audits and digital re-verifications to ensure continuous compliance with all
international child safety and adult trade regulations.
3. Third-Party and Producer Exemption Disclosure
Certain user interactions, tips, or secondary visual media may be produced by independent third-party
producers or studio partners. In each such instance, the respective producing entities warrant and
maintain independent records in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and provide direct access to
statutory records upon official administrative demand.
